He was predeceased by: his parent Elwyn Dale; and his grandparents, Nina, Ervin Cheatum, Bill and Grace Green.
He is survived by: his mother Louise Marie Cheatum (Green) of Centraila; his sister Janice Louise Eischens (Steve) of Salem; his niece Elsbeth Charlton (Ed) of Alma; his nephew Cameron Eischens of Dix; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah Bushue, Logan Charlton, Tucker Charlton, Carly Charlton, Collin Eischens and Isaiah Eischens.
