With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ora Elizabeth Philipper of Karnak, Illinois, who passed away on June 4, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edgar D. Bledsoe; her husband Joseph "Joe" P. Philipper; her sister Wanda Ward; and her great-niece Makayla L. Conner-Morton. She is survived by: her mother Tiney L. Bledsoe (Thompson); her children, Jason Sisco, LaRonda Sisco and Madalyn Nielson; her grandchildren, Brandon, Terry Sisco, Kayden, Jayden, Bryson, Lillian, Izabella and Atlas; her siblings, Helen Seigart, Donna Marshall, Sharon Conner, Anna Glowner, James Bledsoe (Jimmy) and Edgar Bledsoe (Sonny); and her pet Minnie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
