He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Green; and his brother Richard Green. He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Hill Green of Kane; his wife Toni Green of Kane; his children, T. J. of Kane, Trevor of Kane and Tara of Kane; and his brother John Green (Kristie) of Carrollton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
