He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Dwayne and Judith Darlene "Judy" Schafer (Woolsey); his sister Angela Dawn Mundy; and his nephew Joshua Allen Mundy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brown; his daughter Stepfanie Brown Schafer of St. Charles, Missouri; his sister Patricia "Trish"; his brother-in-law Stan Kochanski of Alton; and his brother Willis Dean "Tiger" Schafer of Granite City.
Due to ongoing COVID-19 health concerns, the family kindly requests that those in attendance wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be given to the Family in care of the funeral home.
