He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Simonich (Setina) and Charles Simonich; his in-laws, Helen (Jahneke) and Melvin Brown; and his siblings, Margie Bernicky, Greg Simonich and Sandy Camacho (Sid).
He is survived by: his wife Rhea-Joy Simonich (Brown); his children, Kenneth C. Simonich Jr., Annette M. Simonich, Laurie Jo (Simonich) and Michael Urbanczyk; his grandchildren, KC Simonich III, Kylee Krippel (Bleon Salihu), Kari McNicholas (Kameron) and Brooke Urbanczyk; his great grandchild Elle McNicholas; and his siblings, Charlene (John Knorr), Charles Simonich (Judy) and Clyde Brown (Pearl). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many special neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Plainfield Congregational United Church of Christ (24020 W Fraser Rd, Plainfield, IL 60586).
