He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Milligan; his daughter Renee; and his parents, Roy Neibel and Rhoda Neibel (Wilburn). He is survived by: his siblings, Lucille Malone, Della Ledbetter, Juanita Palombi, Wayne Neibel and Lillian Maxine Lawrence of St. Charles Illinois; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Stonum and Carol Tarrant. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
