She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas James and Emma Jane Myers; her husband Donald Lappin; her daughter-in-law Lois Lappin; and her grandson-in-law Duane Burgess.
She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Lappin of West Frankfort, Cheryl Epplin (Terry) of Pinckneyville, Dawn Marie Hartwick (Jeff) of West Frankfort and Kellie Grant (Mike) of Johnston City; her grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Emily Lappin, Jeremy Don Blades (Jennifer), Randa Burgess, Reggie Epplin (Lyndsey), Justin Ridlen, Nicholas Monroe Ridlen (Shannon McComb), Bradley Arthur Ridlen, Kyle Ridlen (Autumn), David Clayton Adams (Alyssa), Justin Grant (Samantha Files) and Wyatt Grant; her great grandchildren, Kyra, Lucas Blades, Sophie, Devlin, Liam, Mila Burgess, Chesney, Everleigh Epplin, Levi Samuel, Dakota, Callie, Samantha Ridlen, Waylon, Sadie, Jessie Adams and Carralynn Grant; and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Meyers, Jeannine Lappin and Joan Lappin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
