He is survived by: his wife Patricia Milligan (Hunter); his daughter Lisa Ann Milligan of Marion; his grandchildren, Lezlie Ann Nicholson of Gosport, IN and Wyatt James Nicholson of Marion; his brother Keith Fletcher (Sarah) of Johnston City; his uncle Vernon Milligan; his sisters-in-law, Linda Riggs (Tom) of Lake, Nancy Edds of Johnston City and Dorothy Frye (Bob) of Johnston City; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Milligan (Wendy), Cami Hovda (Tim), Aaron Fletcher (Marissa), Jesse Fletcher (Lillian), Hannah Page (Daniel) and Todd Dunning (Leigh). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
