He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry McNeill and Lola McNeill (Spiller); his daughters, Tammy Fitzjerrells (Randy) of Bonnie and Debbie Rasor of Ferges; his grandchildren, Heather Couty (Tyler) of North Carolina, Ashley Caliper, Travis Caliper of Herrin, Josh Payne of Ferges, Dusty Fitzjerrells of Bonnie and Landon Caliper; his great grandchildren, Mariah Hall, James Boyt, Paisley Conner, Emerson Caliper, Jaxson Caliper and Carter Couty; his siblings, Linda Barrick of Louisiana, Peggy Pedigo of Indiana, Ray McNeill, Jack McNeill, Betty Bishop, Mary Pedigo and Shirley Frey; and his grandson Bradley Boyt. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Judes or the Marion VFW and American Legion Ritual Team.
