He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Sarah Magdalene Parks (Marks); his children, Eddie Parks and Cheryl Wece; and his siblings, Lucille Biers, Aileen Walker, Isabelle Smith and Evertt Parks.
He is survived by: his spouse Marion Delores (Blasco); his children, Kathy Smothers of Johnston City, Mike Parks (Lois) of Herrin and Ron Parks (Nore) of DeSoto; and his sisters, Dee Adams of Harrisburg and Edith Rogers (Ron) of Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
