It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Birdsell of Jerseyville, Illinois, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ray Hill, Reginold Wood, Irma Payne, Hazel Rull, Norma Walker and Dolores Bennett; and her former husband Marvin Delmar Birdsell.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Birdsell (Patricia) of Jerseyville and James Birdsell (Jeanne) of Bethalto; her sister Ida "Shirley" Morgan of Kansas City, MO; her granddaughter Stevie McAdams (Joshua) of Jerseyville; her stepgrandson Bradley Kimble (Jessica) of Jerseyville; her great grandchildren, Kendrin, Cearin, Aylin, Ebrin and Adrin McAdams; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Anthony, Micah and Elijah Kimble; and her husband Charles Lee Byrne.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Litchfield Food Pantry.
