He is survived by: his daughter Jenny Jackson (Kalib); his granddaughter Olivia of Pekin; his sisters, Lynda Drake (Paul) of Jacksonville and Debbie Belzer (Mark) of Jacksonville; his sister-in-law Gloria Gray of Pittsford, NY.; his caregivers, Shirley Lynch, Shelley Ash, Jennifer Dawdy, Kelly Armstrong, Mykal White, Diane Hudson, Haydn and Myles Leonard; and also, John Elliott, Ann Ash and Steve.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be written to PAWS or Centenary United Methodist Church.
