He is survived by: his parents, Lester Grodzki and Karen Grodzki; his siblings, Ashley Grodzki and Kyle Grodzki; his nephew Blake; his grandmothers, Marie and Irene; and his uncles, Lucy Connizzo (Tom), Teri Carr, Eddie Grodzki, Steve Fejdasz (Marjianna) and Ken Fejdasz. He is also survived by son and brother.
