He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Persak and Stella Persak; and his sister Jean Norton. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his daughters, Tammy Parker, Terry Dwyer and Tracey Iversen; his grandchildren, Brian (Sarah), Erin (Miles), Jacklyn, Caitlin (Michael), Anne and Jimmy; his great grandchildren, Miles, Tyler, Madeline, Amelia and Arielle; and his brother Robert Persak (Beth). He is also survived by husband, father and great grandfather.
