He is survived by HUSBAND OF JACQUELINE (JACQUIE) NEE (SLUSSER) FOR 44 ½ YEARS BORN ON MARCH 18, 1934 IN CHICAGO TO THE LATE STANLEY AND FRANCES (URBASZEWSKI) LOVING FATHER OF CHRISTINE (STEVEN) PEARLMAN, ROBERT MUSIAL, JOANN MUSIAL, JAMES (JAMIE) MUSIAL AND ADOPTED 'SON' JERRY MATHEY LOVING GRANDFATHER.
