He is survived by: his wife Jill Hoffman; his children, Michael Hoffman, Julie Hoffman and Scott Hoffman; his grandchildren, Kenn (Sabrina), Olivia and Hannah; and his brothers, Paul Hoffman (Mary) and David Hoffman (Kathy).
