With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Lattanzio (Huntley, Illinois), who passed away on July 4, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Lattanzio and Theresa Lattanzio; his wife Mary B. Lattanzio; his sons, Phillip J. Lattanzio (Tracy) and Michael J. Lattanzio (Kristin); and his grandchildren, Danielle, Michael and Joey. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
