She was predeceased by: her father James Samek. She is survived by: her husband Craig Anderson; her daughter Jordan Anderson; her mother Deanna Samek-Musgrave; her parents-in-law, Rita Anderson and Bruce Anderson (Helen); her sisters, Tami Samek, Jackie Gregory and Shari Veraldi; her nieces and nephews, Jeremy of Joan Lundin, Nicholas of Joan Lundin, Aspen of Joan Lundin, Emma of Joan Lundin and Aunt of Joan Lundin; and her brothers-in-law, Doug, Matt and Josh.
In Lieu of flowers, Kristi's wish was that any memorial donations be sent to support her daughter's (Jordan) Physician Assistant education fund.
