We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2018, at the age of 47, John W. Montwicki (Huntley, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Montwicki and Jean Montwicki; his children, Alex Montwicki, Payton Montwicki, Parker Montwicki and Kelley Montwicki; and his sister Julie Mosher (Chris).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for his children's education.
