He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Perillo and Angela Perillo; and his siblings, Vito, Frank and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sons, Michael Perillo (Karen), Richard Perillo (Tara) and Daniel Perillo III (Dawn); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, Angela, Marisa, Kristyna, Carly, Daniel, Gina, Brandon, Stephanie, Lindsey and Brittany; his great grandchild Maddie; and his sisters, Ann Marie and Alvera.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to American Heart Association Daniel was born November 14, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Daniel and Angela Perillo.
