She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Portner and Viola Portner; and her siblings, Betty, Ralph and Joan.
She is survived by: her pet House; her daughter Angela Cords; her granddaughter Elizabeth Cords; and her brothers, Randy and Marshall "Pug" Portner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Huntley Animal House or Alcoholics Anonymous Carol was born October 4, 1945 the daughter of Albert and Viola Portner.
