He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis G. Koch and Stella; and his brothers, Gerald and Dennis A.. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Thomas (Catherine) and Kathleen Dolansky (John); his grandchildren, Laurel, Curtis, Thomas, Cassandra, Christopher, Jonathan and Myranda; and his sister Mary Mroczek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
