It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Poczekaj (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), who passed away on August 27, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Raymond A. Poczekaj; her children, Raymond A. Poczekaj (Beth Rooney) and Gina Anderberg (Robert); her grandchildren, Brett, Morgan and Ellie; and her parent Vonge Jawubowski.
