She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gavin and Mary Ann Gavin; her husband John K. Cooke; and her siblings, William Gavin, John Gavin (Patricia), Michael Gavin, Noreen Penny (Jim) and James Gavin.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Elkins (Dean), William Cooke (Joanne) and Nancy McCreary; her grandchildren, Justin Elkins, Kaylee Csiky (Michael), Molly Elkins, Jenna McCreary, Sean Elkins and Connor McCreary; her great grandchild Emmett Csiky; and her siblings, Virginia Cooke (William), Martin Gavin (Jeanie) and Patrick Gavin. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandson.
