With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey Louise Metzger (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on February 23, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Bohlin and Florence Bohlin (Johnson); her husband William Frank Metzger; her granddaughter Hannah Louise Green; her children, Nancy Green (Peter), Paul Metzger (Mariko) and Todd Metzger (Rebecca); her brother Russell Bohlin; her grandchildren, Emily Hayden (Harley), Megan Lurvey (Andrew), Christopher Metzger (Keyonna), Julianne Metzger, Cailee Sallee (Stephen Getz), Gretchen Metzger and Meredith Metzger; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Willa, Fitz, Otis, Jaylah and Theodore.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Pastoral Care Fund.
