He is survived by: his son George Gonzalez (Liliana); his grandchildren, Karina Gonzalez, Gerardo Gonzalez, Jonathan Gonzalez, Leonardo Gonzalez and Jimena Gonzalez; and his siblings, Fermina Gonzalez (late Cleofas Chaidez), Gabriel Gonzalez (Josefa Sianez), Juventino Gonzalez (Petra Obregon), Gonzalo Gonzalez (Alba Valdez), Guadalupe Gonzalez (Raul Obregon), Martin Gonzalez (Maria) and Rafael Gonzalez (Delia Almeraz).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Domitilla Catholic Church (4940 Washington St, Hillside, IL 60162). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
