He is survived by: his children, Melissa Duncan, Traci Boatright (Jeff), Holly Powell (William) and Gene Riley; his grandchildren, Ashley Boatright, Tiffany Vaughn, Jeffery Boatright, Courtney Shadowens, Ryan Shadowens, Grayson Spezia and Triton Powell; and his siblings, Jerry Owens, Donna Dean, Rick Owens and Keith Owens. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
