It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Wilcox of Herrin, Illinois, born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Giacomo and Pauline Giacomo (Shurtz); her former husband Robert L. Vaughn; and her sister Nita Baldwin. She is survived by: her husband Jack Wilcox of Herrin; her children, Frank Vaughn (Rose) of Carterville, Michael "Mike" Vaughn (Brenda) of Broomfield, CO, Ryan Wilcox (Emily) of Tunnel Hill, IL and Tracy Galloway of Brighton, MI; her grandchildren, Holly Logan, Heidi Logan, Andrew Vaughn, Micaela Vaughn, Trey Wilcox, Jack Wilcox, Nate Wilcox and Joe Wilcox; and her sister-in-law Judith Giacomo of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; brother.

Memorial donations may be made to Herrin House of Hope, 816 South 11th Street, Herrin, IL 62948; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
