He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene and Margie Foster (Flora); and his brother Billy Dale Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Ashleigh Smith (Mike) of Marion; his grandson Wade Smith; and his siblings, Suzanne Boren (Joel) of Charleston, MO., Robert Foster (Toni) of Herrin and Tim Foster (LaDina) of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pyle Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
