He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Hall and Marion Hall; his sister Jeanine Gossage; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Ogden Hall. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Hall; his children, Greg (Pam Hall), Tom (Rosemary Hall), Stuart Hall, Mark (Pam Hall), Lowell Hall, Jr., Luanne (Ronnie Basler) and Jill (Mark Gusewelle); his grandchildren, Candace Beachum, Stephanie Griffith, Kevin Hall, Sarah Wildeman, Laura Tesmer, Kaelan Hall, Cory Hall, Laurel Hall, Andy Hall, Phillip Palmer, Jr., Luke Palmer, Nate Gusewelle, Noah Gusewelle and Brenna Gusewelle; and his siblings, Pat, Bill Battaglia, Ray Glen Hall and Connie Macke. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
