It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Milligan Bechtel of Herrin, Illinois, born in Hartford, Kentucky, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Milligan and Marjorie Turner Milligan. She is survived by: her husband Jim Bechtel; her brother Dane Milligan (Donna); her children, Carrie Lynn Jones (Tom) and Richard Bechtel (Kim Sampson); and her grandchildren, Dominick, Alexia, Cooper, Carly, Cady, Pyper, Baylee, Autumn and Ally.
