He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis DeRousse and Margaret DeRousse (Louvall); and his siblings, Donavon DeRousse, Gerald DeRousse, Louis DeRousse, David DeRousse, Robert DeRousse, Yvonne Heberlie, Carol Johnson and Helen Basler.
He is survived by: his wife Betty E. Jokerst; his stepchildren, Terry, Vicki Harger of Desoto, IL, John Anderson of DeSoto, IL and Gina Lytle of Brownstown, IL; his grandchildren, Zachary Harger, McKenzie Keel (Sean), Brianna Anderson, Samantha Brazier (Bryce), Cameron Calloway and Cordelia Lytle; his great grandchildren, Abigail Eastman and Benjamin Eastman; his sisters, Virginia Blythe and Margie Ann Welker; and his sisters-in-law, Anna DeRousse and Betty DeRousse. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
