He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jesse, Mary Switzer, Virgil and Edith Ogden. He is survived by: his parents, Loyd Switzer and Marie Switzer (Ogden) of Herrin; his children, April Switzer of Herrin and Michael Switzer (Rosie); his grandchildren, Kendra, Zachary, Chloe and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Kaiden and Isabella; and his sisters, Kay (Jay Newberry) and Lisa (Robert Maller). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
