She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Joe Ballard; and her sisters, Betty Mayers and Jerry L. Webb. She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Mocaby (Randy) of Fairmont, WV and Regina F. Gallops of Desoto, IL; her grandchildren, Jordan Mocaby, Taylor Benge (Justin), Brianna Gallops and Maelena Gallops; her great grandchildren, Justice Benge and Kyler Benge; and her parents, Leslie Melville and Lyda Velma Webb (Duke).
