He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D. Parks and Kay F. Parks (Wilt); and his brother Gary D. Parks. He is survived by: his wife Terri L. Parks of Marion, IL; his daughters, Cassandra L. McKinney (Joshua) of Creal Springs, IL and Christa L. Parks of Marion, IL; his grandchildren, Alisyn K. McKinney, Rigley F. McKinney, Chloe K. Parks and Carly E. Parks; and his sister Rhonda K. Salazar (Ernie) of Gary, IN..
