He was predeceased by: his father John K. Hovenga; his grandparents, Harm, Mary Hovenga, Carlton and Awanda Palmer; his uncles, Stanley and Brad Palmer; and his aunt Tammy Hovenga.
He is survived by: his mother Lynola Hovenga (Palmer) of Herrin, IL; his sister Tracy Galloway (David) of Herrin, IL; his nephew Johnathon Galloway (Averie) of Clarksville, TN; his niece Brittany Galloway of Herrin, IL; his aunt Elaine Kenner (Jerry) of Herrin, IL; his great-aunt Donna Howell (Cate Butler) of Carterville, IL; and his cousins, Abby, Wyatt and Charlie Hovenga.
