It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Dixon of Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Dixon and Pauline Dixon (Thomas). She is survived by: her brother Lonnie; her sister-in-law Debbie Dixon of Springfield, MO; her sisters, Susan Dixon of Carterville and Janet; her brother-in-law Bill Berst of Charlotte, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Matthew, Cassie Dixon, Amy Samek, Kellie Dixon and Chris Dixon.
Memorial donations in Betty's memory may be made to St. Francis Community Animal Rescue and Education, 6228 Country Club Rd, Murphysboro, IL 62966.
