She was predeceased by: her siblings, Derrick Keith Allen, Jesse B. Allen, Aaron T. Allen and Monica C. Allen. She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Lowe, Sr.; her sons, Norvel Allen and Johnnie Lowe, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Darione Allen, Keon Allen, Da'mauri Allen, Dior Allen, Dy'asya Allen and Da'Vinci Allen; her siblings, Ethel Mae Allen, Ernestine Smith (Cleveland), Ena Sanders, Priscilla Rice and Anthony Allen, Jr.; and her daughters, Pam Williams and Ruthie Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a great many relatives and friends.
After a full and prosperous 83 years – 50 of them with the love of her life – she took rest March 17, 2021 after a hard-fought battle against Dementia and Alzheimer's, with family at her side.
