She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Woolever (Bob) and Bill Johnson; and her brother Robert Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Dale Smith of Harvard, IL; her grandchildren, Brookelynn, Conner, Olivia and Avery Firlick; and her sisters, Jerilyn Schmoldt (Joe) and Melody Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
