Carol S. Lewis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2018, at the age of 76, Carol S. Lewis (Hanover Park, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Warren Lewis; her brother Gary Andersen; and her granddaughter Renee. She is survived by: her parents, Lars Andersen and Marie Andersen; her children, David Lewis (Wendy), Kimberly Pinsel (Jack) and Nancy Crager (Paul); her grandchildren, Joseph, Ashley, Daniel, Timothy, Nicholas, Parker, Samantha, Mason, Bennett and Zander; and her brother Wayne Andersen (Barbara). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
