He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Loter and Cathrine E. Loter (Leeper); and his siblings, Richard Loter and Patricia Loter. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Davis (Frakes); his children, Jackie Householder of Broken Arrow, OK, Leisa McCredie (Jerry) of Eustis, FL and Todd W. Loter of Hamilton; and his sister Sharon Loter of Hamilton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established.
