He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Todd and Minnie Todd (Pitman); his former wife Shirley Steffey; and his siblings, Hal, Michael, Margaret "Peggy", Leona "Mae" and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Baker of Hamilton; his sons, Kirby Todd of Quincy and Terry Todd; and his sister Evelyn Hale (Orville) of Nauvoo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
