Lillie Hickey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2023, at the age of 98, Lillie Hickey of Hamilton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bell and Hazel Bell (Elwell); her former husband Kenneth Hoyt Simpson; her husband John Hickey; her children, Bruce Simpson and Karen Linquist; her brother Robert Bell; and her son-in-law Leeland Linquist.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Simpson (Barb) of Columbia, David Simpson of Columbia, Bryan Simpson (Sara) of Columbia and Lynn Hickey of Hamilton; her stepdaughter Suzette Hickey of St. Simons Island, Georgia; her sisters, Joyce Townsend of St. Paul and Janet Clingingsmith of Huntsville, Alabama; and her daughter-in-law Ann Haney of Burlington, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
