He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Bob". He is survived by: his mother Theresa Frey (Spring) of Hamilton; his sister Karen Harrison (Albert) of Ferris, Illinois; his daughter Cassie Underwood of Keokuk, Iowa; his grandsons, Tyler and Alex Underwood; his nieces, Amanda Harrison and Shannon Grossman; and his great-nephew Braxton Grossman.
