He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cleophas Starr and Florence Starr (Bolton); his wife Marjorie Troutvetter; his children, Ron Starr (Patti) of Nauvoo, IL, Karen Taylor (Clark) of Missoula, MT and Maria Elam (Kevin) of Knoxville, TN.; his grandchildren, Matthew Starr (Susan), Magen Eller (Jon), Kathleen Hamby (Keith), Nathan Taylor (Kasey), Jordan Taylor (Annelies), Andrew Firkins, Sarah Ducey (Austin), Kelsey Hoever (Charlie), Patrick, Jonathan, Jack and Kristina Elam; his brothers, Lester Starr of Hamilton, Harold Starr of Carthage and Lloyd Starr; and his great grandchild Lincoln Hamby. He was also cherished by thirteen great-grandchildren.
