He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Schrader and Susannah of Hamilton; and his brother Lynn Schrader. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bethlehem United Church of Christ, the Hamilton United Methodist Church or the Hamilton Volunteer Fire Department.
