He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie E. Dobbins, Sr. and Claudine Heagy (Peggy). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dobbins of Hamilton; his children, Lori Stinson (Raymond) of Hamilton and Brent Dobbins (Jill) of Hamilton; his siblings, Ted Bush (Linda) of Manchester, Iowa, Tim Heagy (Beth) and Tina Morris (Weldin) of Milan, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Alexis Tallman (Victor Hernandez) of Hamilton, Caleb Stinson of Hamilton, Mikayla and Hannah Dobbins of Hamilton. He is also survived by several half brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
