She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Cook and Patsy Cook (Deshong); and her sisters, Patsy Gooding and Alice Childers. She is survived by: her husband Meredith Hayden of Hamilton; her daughter Sharon Bayliff of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Shykel Olson (Dakota) and Donoven Bayliff of Keokuk; her great grandchild Penelope Olson of Keokuk; and her sisters, Janice Lee and Kerry Pence (Dean) of Hamilton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
