He is survived by: his father Bruce Dorworth; his wife Jerri Fox; his son Mitchell Bollinger (Michelle); his grandchildren, Maggie, Marshall and Macon; his aunt Debra Klauzer (Harold); his uncle Joe Bollinger (Joanie); his cousins, Tracie Bollinger, Rennie Bollinger, Emberly Johnson and Troy Smith; and his friend Bill Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
