He was predeceased by: his father Gerald McKinney; and his siblings, Patty Mitchell, Jimmy McKinney, Jerry Hartman and Frank Hartman, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Julie Hartman of Grayville; his mother Patricia "Pat" McKinney of Fairfield; his children, Brandon Raymond of Grayville, Brian Raymond (Natasha) of Grayville and Kelly Hartman of Herrin; his siblings, Kenneth McKinney (Jennifer) of Olney, Ed McKinney (Elaine) of Fairfield, John McKinney (Michelle) of Fairfield, Richie McKinney of Fairfield, Brian McKinney (Christie) of Fairfield and Shelia Bailey of Albion; his grandchild Bree Hartman; and his stepgrandchildren, Annastasia, Kali, Josie, Brandon, Jr., Madilynn, Myla and Aiden.
No services will be conducted at the cemetery, and it is requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Cook Funeral Chapel to assist with final expenses.
